Tender ground beef mitballs in an incredible honey-garlic glaze
ground beef 0.5 kg |

milk 120 ml |
breadcrumbs 120 g |
onion 80 g |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Glaze: |
butter 20 g |
garlic 5 cloves |
ketchup 200 g |
honey 80 g |
soy sauce 40 ml |
Step 1
Prepare the glaze. Saute the grated garlic in butter. Add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Combine chopped onion with minced meat, milk, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Form the mitballs, place them in a mold and brush with glaze. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
