Ingredients


puff pastry 1 sheet (200 g)
feta cheese 200 g
cherry tomatoes 5 pcs
eggs 3 pcs
spinach 50 g
olive oil 3 tbsp.
salt, pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes until soft.

Step 2

Mix the tomatoes with the beaten eggs, add the spinach, salt and pepper to taste.

Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out. Place it in a mold and add the filling to the dough.

Step 5

Cut the feta into pieces and spread evenly on top of the filling. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Step 6

Let the dish cool, add a few slices of feta and garnish with spinach.
