For those looking for an alternative to Olivier salad, we decided to offer a great quick meat salad with vegetables!

cucumbers 150 g |
red onion 30 g |
celery stalk 50 g |
sweet pepper 100 g |
olive oil 20 ml |

dried ground garlic |

FOR SEASONING: |
balsamic vinegar 20 ml |
soy sauce 40 ml |
grainy mustard 15 g |
garlic 1 clove |
chili sauce to taste |
honey 20 g |
olive oil 50 ml |
Step 1
Season the meat with paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and pan fry for two minutes on each side. Afterwards, let it cool and cut it into straws. Cut the tomato pulp, pepper, onion, cucumber and celery into slices and combine with the meat.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. Mix together the grainy mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce. Then, stirring constantly with a whisk, pour in a thin stream of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and stir.
Step 3
Dress the salad and serve.
