Baked meat baskets with egg, cheese and tomato

Ingredients


ground pork and beef 300 g
eggs 6 pcs
tomatoes 100 g
hard cheese (grated on a fine grater) 100 g
parsley 10 g
green onion 10 g
butter 20 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
chimichurri spice mix

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the chopped herbs, minced meat, salt and spices. Mix and baste a little.

Step 2

Grease muffin molds with butter, fill them with minced meat, forming wells.

Step 3

Beat an egg into each well, season with salt and pepper. Top with a slice of tomato and a mound of cheese.

Step 4

Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
