 
Baked meat baskets with egg, cheese and tomato
| ground pork and beef 300 g |

| tomatoes 100 g | 
| hard cheese (grated on a fine grater) 100 g | 
| parsley 10 g | 
| green onion 10 g | 
| butter 20 g | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| chimichurri spice mix | 
Step 1
Combine the chopped herbs, minced meat, salt and spices. Mix and baste a little.
Step 2
Grease muffin molds with butter, fill them with minced meat, forming wells.
Step 3
Beat an egg into each well, season with salt and pepper. Top with a slice of tomato and a mound of cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
