Bacon baskets with cheese filling and confit tomatoes

Step 1
(To make confit tomatoes, take 0.5 kg of tomatoes, cut them into slices, place on a baking tray covered with parchment, season with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 2 hours at 170 degrees Celsius).
Step 2
Grease the muffin molds with oil and place 2 slices of bacon in each in a basket shape. Grate the melted and hard cheeses and combine with the eggs. Add the cottage cheese mixture, chopped herbs, pepper, salt, oregano and mix. Fill the bacon baskets with the cheese filling, top each with 2 slices of confit tomatoes and brush with oil.
Step 3
Bake the baskets at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot to the table. Enjoy.
