Crispy pita baskets with sea cocktail and avocado
pita 2 sheets |
sea cocktail in oil 150 g |
avocado (small) 2 pcs |
garlic 1 clove |
juice of 1/2 lime |
parsley 10 g |
olive oil 20 ml |
melted butter 30 g |
TO TASTE: |
sea salt |
fresh chili pepper |
sugar |
Step 1
Prepare the baskets. Cut circles out of the pita and cut the edges with scissors. Brush one side of each circle with butter and place the greased side in a muffin tin.
Step 2
Bake the baskets at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes and then let them cool completely.
Step 3
Prepare the filling. Cut the avocado pulp into cubes. Sieve the sea cocktail from the oil and combine with the avocado. Add the chopped chili peppers and parsley, olive oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and mix.
Step 4
Fill the baskets with the filling and serve. Enjoy.
