Potato salad with aioli sauce in cheese baskets
| potatoes (boiled in mashed potatoes) 200 g |
| mushrooms 300 g |
| chicken fillet 150 g |
| bacon 100 g |
| hard cheese 100 g |
| green onion 15 g |
| butter 30 g |
| olive oil 20 ml |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| SAUCE: |
| yolks 2 pcs |
| lemon juice 20 ml |
| spicy mustard 10 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| olive oil 100 ml |
| salt, sugar to taste |
Step 1
Slice bacon and chicken fillets, fry in olive oil until cooked through.
Step 2
Fry the sliced mushrooms until browned in butter.
Step 3
Combine the bacon, chicken and mushrooms, salt, pepper, mix and let cool slightly.
Step 4
Make two pancakes from the grated cheese, frying them on one side only, and place them on the inverted tins.
Step 5
Cut the potatoes coarsely, chop the onions and put them in the salad.
Step 6
For the sauce, mix the squeezed garlic with the rest of the ingredients.
