beef fat 50 g |
eggs 2 pcs |
ground black pepper 1 g |

Step 1
Cut meat and fat into random pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grind in the meat grinder on the largest grating and then grind one third of the mince on the smaller grating. Loosen the mince with your hands and divide into two parts.
Step 3
Form 2 steaks one and a half centimeters thick and grill for 6 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Prepare the glaze, season with salt and pepper and place on the steaks.
Step 5
Serve with cherry tomatoes, pickles and chopped parsley, if desired. Enjoy.
