Just a little bit of imagination, and a banal scrambled eggs with sausage turns into a real declaration of love. And although you are probably not one of those who need a reason, on Valentine's Day this breakfast will come in very handy

Ingredients


Long sausage 1 piece
Egg 1 pc
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the sausage and cut it in half lengthwise, but not all the way through. Turn the two parts of the sausage and join the ends to form a heart. Secure with a toothpick.

Step 2

Lightly fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. As soon as the sausage is fried on one side, turn it over and carefully beat an egg into the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
