 
Hearty and appetizing pea puree soup with smoked meat
| split peas 400 g | 
| meat broth 2 liters | 
| onion 1 pc | 
| potatoes (medium) 3 pcs | 
| carrots (small) 1 pc | 
| hunting sausages 250 g | 
| white bread 3 slices | 
| garlic 1 clove | 
| butter 20 g | 
| vegetable oil 50 ml | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| paprika | 
Step 1
Soak the peas overnight. Rinse until clear and put into boiling broth.
Step 2
When boiling again, remove the foam and add the chopped onion, potatoes and carrots. Salt, cover with a lid and cook until the peas and vegetables are boiled. Then beat the soup with a blender.
Step 3
Brown the crushed garlic in the butter, add the paprika and stir.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the bread and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Fry the sliced sausages in vegetable oil and put them in the soup.
Step 6
Serve with croutons and season with black pepper. Bon appetit!
