Delicate as cherry blossoms, dorayaki are Japanese honey pancakes with chocolate cream!
wheat flour 135 g |
large eggs 3 pcs |
honey 30 g |
sugar 50 g |
vanilla sugar 10 g |
leavening agent 7 g |
water 15 ml |
vegetable oil 15 ml |
CREME: |
dark chocolate 100 g |
warm cream (30%) 50 ml |
chopped roasted hazelnuts 50 g |
Step 1
Sift the flour, add the baking powder and mix. Separately combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, water and honey. Combine the two mixtures, cover with clingfilm and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Bake the dorayaki on a greased pan until holes appear, then flip and bake for another 30 seconds. Then, without placing them on top of each other, let them cool slightly.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Melt the chocolate on a steam bath. Add the cream and nuts to it. Stir.
Step 4
Brush half of the dorayaks with cream on the light side. Then join in pairs and seal the edges. Enjoy!
