A traditional dish of Georgian cuisine - a hearty and spicy appetizer - kuchmachi
chicken hearts and liver 0.5 kg |

red wine vinegar 20 ml |
vegetable oil 30 ml |
pomegranate seeds 100 g |
cilantro 10 g |

Step 1
Peel the hearts, cut the livers in half and cook in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then chop and fry in vegetable oil until brown. Add chopped onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Season with salt, spices, vinegar and minced garlic. Stir and fry for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Then put chopped cilantro, nuts and pomegranate seeds. Serve kuchmachi warm or cold. Enjoy.
