A hearty protein breakfast of white beans with walnuts and a fried egg
white beans (boiled) 250 g |
egg 2 pcs |
onion 50 g |
garlic 1 clove |
walnuts (crushed) 100 g |
grainy mustard 10 g |
white wine vinegar 15 ml |
honey 15 g |
butter 60 g |
parsley 10 g |
TO TASTE: |
thyme |
salt |
black pepper |
Step 1
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add the vinegar, honey, thyme and mustard. Fry for a minute. Then put in and fry the beans. Add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Separately fry the eggs in butter, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sprinkle beans with nuts, serve with eggs. Bon appetit.
