Flavorful chocolate cake with pear and almond flakes

Ingredients


wheat flour 75 g
sugar 300 g
cocoa 50 g
dark chocolate 100 g
melted butter 200 g
eggs 4 pcs
pear pulp 400 g
flaked almonds 40 g
butter 20 g

Instructions


Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer, add melted butter, sifted flour and cocoa. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Chop the chocolate, cut the pear into thin slices.

Step 3

Grease a mold with butter, pour the batter into it, arrange pear slices and chocolate pieces randomly.

Step 4

Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Serve warm, sprinkled with almond flakes. If desired, decorate with pear slices and mint. Enjoy.
