red plums 400 g |
roasted almonds 200 g |
wheat flour 240 g |
melted butter 120 g |
eggs 3 pcs |
sugar 80 g |
powdered sugar for decoration |
Step 1
Combine the butter and sugar and beat with a mixer until creamy. Then, while still beating, add the eggs one by one.
Step 2
Grind the almonds in a blender until floury and add to the rest of the ingredients along with the wheat flour. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Cut the plums in half and peel off the seeds.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with parchment, place the dough in it and flatten with a spatula. Place the halves of the plums on top with the pulp facing up and press them into the dough.
Step 5
Bake the pie for 45 minutes at 175°. Then let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
