Pickled radishes are amazingly delicious on their own, plus they can be added to salads or soups. A very simple and quick recipe
radishes 15-20 pcs |
red wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp. |
sugar 1/2 tbsp. |
salt 1 tsp. |
Step 1
Slice radishes into thin slices.
Step 2
For the marinade, mix vinegar with sugar and salt. The radishes will be ready in about 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Store it in the refrigerator for a day.
