An interesting appetizer is a salad of pickled beans with celery and feta cheese
green beans (boiled) 400 g |
celery stalk 120 g |
red onion 60 g |
feta cheese 120 g |
grainy mustard 25 g |
honey 30 g |
olive oil 120 g |
wine vinegar (white) 80 ml |
TO TASTE: |
thyme |
salt |
black pepper |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Mix vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, thyme, black pepper and olive oil.
Step 2
Put the beans in the marinade, mix thoroughly. Then place in a plastic box and place in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Step 3
After the time has passed, chop the celery and onion. Mix with the pickled beans.
Step 4
Serve the salad with slices of feta. If desired, add fresh chili peppers for spiciness. Enjoy.
