Crimean Kobete pie with potatoes and meat

Ingredients


puff pastry 500 g
lamb 250 g
beef 250 g
onions 2 pcs
potatoes 1 pc
butter 30 g
egg yolk 1 pc
flour 1 tbsp.
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Clean the meat of excess fat and veins and chop finely. Add finely diced onion and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Add butter, mix well and beat the minced meat.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out thinly. Place 1 sheet of dough on a baking tray, spread the minced meat on its surface and cover with the second sheet of dough. Pinch the edges, make incisions on the surface of the pie and a hole in the middle. Brush with egg yolk.

Step 3

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
