Hearty and incredibly tasty pita meat pie with Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Sauté the chopped garlic and onion in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until all the moisture has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper, add the ketchup and stir.
Step 2
Grease a mold with oil and place a pita sheet in it so that the sides hang down. Spread cheese over the whole area, then evenly distribute all the minced meat, and cover it with a layer of cheese. Wrap the edges of the pita inside and smear with egg yolk. Cover with the second pita, brush the surface with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
