For supporters of exotic combinations - spicy baked pork breast in Asian style
raw unsalted pork brisket 1.5 kg |
garlic 6 cloves |

soy sauce 250 ml |
hot mustard 1 tbsp. |
honey 3 tbsp. |
sea salt (or regular salt) 1 tbsp. |

Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, mustard, grated ginger, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over the brisket, cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
After this time, chop the chili peppers coarsely peeled from the seeds and place them on the bottom of the baking dish. Put the brisket on top with the skin on top, pour a small amount of marinade and bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 2 hours.
Step 4
Allow the brisket to cool completely, wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. After the time has passed, slice and serve.
