 
Juicy and savory Chinese-style pork brisket — for meat eaters
| pork brisket 800 g | 
| white dry wine 120 ml | 
| water 0.5 liters | 
| soy sauce 60 ml | 
| garlic 3 cloves | 
| grated ginger root 40 g | 
| vegetable oil 30 ml | 
| green onion 20 g | 
| sugar 30 g | 
| cardamom 2 stars | 
| cinnamon 1 stick | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
| red pepper | 
Step 1
Cut brisket into large chunks, cook in salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the sugar in the oil and add the chopped garlic, onion and grated ginger. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cinnamon, cardiac, red pepper and pork brisket. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then pour in the wine, soy sauce and water, add salt and black pepper to taste, cover and simmer the brisket for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 5
