Everybody loves pea soup. Well, or almost everyone. We offer you an alternative that is not inferior to peas at all. Even on the contrary - such a soup turns out to be lighter and more nutritious, but no less tasty and rich. So today we have a recipe for lentil soup with brisket and vegetables!
Lentils (black, red and green) 200 g |
smoked brisket 200 g |
onion 1 pc |
carrots 1 pc |
tomato paste 1 tbsp. |
bell pepper 1/2 pc |
vegetable oil |
bay leaf |
salt |
pepper |
Step 1
Rinse the lentils thoroughly.
Step 2
In the bowl of a multicooker, fry finely chopped onion and carrots in vegetable oil, setting the "Bake" mode. Chop the brisket and add it to the vegetables. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lentils, tomato paste, sliced bell peppers and pour water. Salt, pepper to taste, add the bay leaf and cook for 25-30 minutes, setting the "Stew" mode.
