Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla with a mixer.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese and beat with the mixer until smooth.
Step 4
Add semolina and blueberries to the mixture.
Step 5
Separately whisk the egg whites and gently incorporate them into the mixture.
Step 6
Grease a mold with vegetable oil and place the curd mixture in it.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
