Couscous with canned tuna and vegetables
couscous 120 g |
boiling water 250 ml |
tuna 200 g |
tomato 150 g |
seedless olives 50 g |
red onion 30 g |
lemon zest 1 tsp. |
parsley 10 g |
olive oil 25 ml |
butter 25 g |
salt to taste |
black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Put the butter, zest, salt and couscous into the boiling water. Stir, cover and leave for 7-8 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the diced tomatoes, onion, olives, chopped parsley and steamed couscous. Season with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Serve with tuna. Enjoy!
