It's a good time for greens and vitamins. Our salad is very simple: radishes, dill, cilantro, parsley and a little chili pepper to spice it up.

Step 1
Slice the radishes into circles. Add sugar, a little salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Cut the chili into rings and add to the salad.
Step 2
Cut off the leaves of the cilantro and parsley and the dill sprigs. Add to the salad and mix.
Step 3
Place the salad on a plate and sprinkle with feta.
