 
The Zakarpattya dish Zganianka is a generationally proven way to improve your health after a feast.
| smoked pork ribs 700 g | 
| soft sauerkraut 300 g | 
| boiled white beans 200 g | 
| onion 100 g | 
| carrots 100 g | 
| vegetable oil 30 ml | 
| water 2 liters | 
| flour 1 tbsp. | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| sour cream | 
| parsley | 
| salt | 
| sugar | 
| bay leaf | 
| paprika | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Slice the ribs, put them in a saucepan, pour water over them. Wait until boiling and remove the noise.
Step 2
Cut carrots into large cubes, add to the ribs, season with bay leaf and simmer for 40 minutes. Then put in the sauerkraut.
Step 3
Prepare a dressing for the soup. Cut the onion into small cubes, fry in oil until brown.
Step 4
Add paprika and flour, fry for a minute. Pour two ladles of stock into the pan, stir and pour the dressing into the soup.
Step 5
Add the boiled beans, sugar and salt. Stir and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Serve zganianka with sour cream, sprinkled with black pepper and chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
