Ingredients


chicken broth 1 liter
smoked pig ears 2 pcs
canned beans in tomato 400 g
celery root 50 g
potatoes 2 pcs
carrots 1 pc
onion 1 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
cilantro a few sprigs
chili pepper 1 pc
water 100 ml
cornstarch 1 tbsp.
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the pork ears into straws and send them to the boiling broth.

Step 2

Then chop the vegetable group - celery, potatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers and also send to the pot. Cook the soup for 10 minutes.

Step 3

After the time, add the beans, chopped chili pepper and chopped cilantro.

Step 4

Dilute the starch in 100 ml of water and thinly stream it into the soup.

Step 5

Stir the soup until it comes to a boil. Enjoy!
