The Black Forest was first made in Germany in the early 1930s. Since then, the chocolate cake with cherries and cream (and it is in the form of a cake "Black Forest" is prepared most often!) is so loved by everyone that today it is already considered a classic. But you can prepare "Black Forest" not only as a cake, but also as a dessert. For example, like this: in a glass and with sour cream!

| FOR THE CHOCOLATE CAKE: |
| flour 150 g |
| butter 225 g |
| sugar 175 g |

Step 1
Bake the muffin: melt the butter with the sugar and beat into a fluffy mass. Add the eggs one at a time and beat again. Pour in the milk, add the cocoa and mix. Add the flour sifted together with the baking powder and mix the dough. Grease a multicooker bowl with butter, place the batter and cook in the "Bake" mode for 60 minutes. The cupcake can also be baked in a mold, putting it in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
Step 2
Prepare the cherries: put the berries in a pan, add a little sugar and wine. Boil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Break the cooled muffin with your hands and place it in glasses. Place the cherries on top and pour the syrup over them.
Step 4
Place fat sour cream on the cherries, sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with a cherry.
