Flavorful Vietnamese-style pork ribs.

| onions 200 g |
| water 3 liters |
| ginger root 150 g |
| cloves 10 g |
| fennel 10 g |
| cinnamon 2 sticks |
| allspice 10 g |
| salt 30 g |
| SUSUCE: |
| meat broth 50 ml |
| garlic 5 cloves |
| chili pepper 1 pc |
| honey 60 g |
| apple cider vinegar 25 ml |
| vegetable oil 20 ml |
Step 1
Roast the spices in a dry pan and wrap in a gauze bag.
Step 2
Roll the ribbon of pork ribs into a circle, bones inward. Tie with twine and secure with toothpicks at the joints. Place the ribs and the spice bag in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. Add the sliced ginger and onion and salt. Cook the ribs for 1.5-2 hours. Afterwards, let them cool in the broth and leave them overnight.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix the broth with crushed garlic, chili pepper, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and honey.
Step 4
Put the ribs in a mold, pour the sauce liberally and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy
