Ukrainian pork crocheniki with cheese and mushrooms
pork rump (frozen) 480 g |
onions 80 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
mushrooms 300 g |
hard cheese (grated) 120 g |
vegetable oil 40 ml |
butter 20 g |
sour cream (15%) 200 ml |
TO TASTE: |

black pepper |
red pepper |

Step 1
Fry the sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic in the oil mixture. Season with salt, black pepper and thyme.
Step 2
Cut the pork loin into thin slices, baste, season with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
Step 3
Place hard cheese, mushrooms on the edge of each piece, form rolls and tie tightly with string.
Step 4
Fry until browned in vegetable oil. Then add sour cream and stew for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the threads and serve the rolls to the table. Enjoy.
