Traditional Ukrainian home-style pechenya (fry)
pork ribs 800 g |

carrots 100 g |
garlic 3 cloves |
vegetable oil 60 ml |
parsley 10 g |
bay leaf 4 pcs |

Step 1
Slice ribs, fry in oil until browned.
Step 2
Season with salt and black pepper, transfer to a saucepan and fry the sliced onion, carrots and garlic in the rendered fat.
Step 3
Combine vegetables with ribs, season with salt and spices, pour boiling water and stew for 40-45 minutes.
Step 4
Coarsely chopped potatoes fry in oil until brown, salt, combine with ribs, pour boiling water and cook until ready. Bon appetit.
