Today we are preparing a dish of beef, sweet peppers, and spinach. It can be eaten as a warm salad or as an independent dish.

Step 1
Slice the bell peppers and fry them in olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the beef into strips, salt and pepper it. Drizzle with honey — this will allow the meat to cook faster, giving it a golden crust. Add the meat to the peppers. Season with dried rosemary and roast for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in a little balsamic vinegar and allow to evaporate. transfer to a platter.
Step 4
Place the spinach in the pan in which the meat and peppers were roasting and cook for a few minutes.
Step 5
Serve by arranging the spinach and meat and peppers on a plate with a little butter.
