American scientists have proved that herring is almost the best breakfast. This fish has a whole arsenal of useful substances that favorably affect our health, appearance and well-being. Dasha knows about this and shares with you the recipe for Norwegian Herring Sandwich.
| Lightly salted herring 1 piece |
| Sour cream 100 g |
| Lettuce leaves |
| Gherkins 4 pcs |
| Sweet red pepper 1/4 pcs |
| Wine vinegar 20 ml |
| Olive oil 70 ml |
| Green onion |
| Parsley |
| Black bread |
Step 1
Slice the Norwegian herring fillets into thin slices.
Step 2
Spread slices of black bread generously with sour cream, put salad leaves, herring and sliced gherkins on top.
Step 3
Mix in equal proportions olive oil and wine vinegar. Dress the sandwiches with the mixture.
Step 4
Decorate the sandwiches with long straws of sweet pepper, chopped green onions and parsley.
