Famous Greek gyros with chicken, vegetables and zadziki sauce - for meat lovers

| SAUCE: |
| Greek yogurt 200 g |
| fresh cucumber 120 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| dill 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| TO TASTE: |
| lemon juice |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. Mix yogurt, minced garlic, zira, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices.
Step 2
Baste the meat under foil and put it in the marinade for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Stick two skewers in half of the oblong potatoes and thread the meat onto them. Bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours. Then cut into small pieces.
Step 4
For the sauce, grate the cucumber on a coarse grater, salt, mix, discard on a sieve.
Step 5
Mix the squeezed garlic, yogurt, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and grated cucumber. Slice the onion and tomato.
Step 6
Wrap all ingredients in tortillas and serve. Enjoy.
