Classic Chinese breakfast - Zhou rice porridge

| chicken broth 1 liter |
| boiled chicken thighs 250 g |
| hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs |
| soy sauce 20 ml |
| grated ginger root 20 g |
| garlic 3 cloves |
| green onion 15 g |
| sesame oil 10 ml |

Step 1
Rinse the rice and put it in the hot broth. Add crushed garlic, grated ginger and salt. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Tear the meat into fibers. Put rice in bowls, add meat and halved eggs.
Step 3
Season with spices and chopped green onions, drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce. Bon appetit!
