A hearty and nutritious bowl with spicy pork, mushrooms and bulgur
pork loin 400 g |
boiled bulgur 300 g |
mushrooms 150 g |
red cabbage 150 g |
spinach 100 g |
garlic 5 cloves |
tomato paste 20 g |
vegetable oil 70 ml |
soy sauce 25 ml |
balsamic 15 ml |
green onion 20 g |

Step 1
For the marinade, squeeze 3 garlic cloves, combine with tomato paste, balsamic, soy sauce, sugar, paprika and red pepper. Stir to combine. Put the thinly sliced pork in the marinade and leave it under foil for 15-20 minutes. Then fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Chop and fry the remaining garlic. Add bulgur and spinach, fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the coarsely chopped mushrooms separately, salt and pepper. Slice cabbage, salt, season with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Place all ingredients separately in bowls, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Bon appetit.
