Smoothie Bowl with banana and frozen berries
banana 1 pc |
frozen berry mix (blackberries, blueberries, currants, raspberries) 300 g |
coconut yogurt 150 g |
ground cocoa bean kernels 2 tbsp. |
pumpkin seeds 2 tsp. |
fresh mint 1 sprig |
Step 1
Puree the peeled banana, 250 g of berries and yogurt in a blender.
Step 2
Divide the smoothie into two bowls and garnish with the ground cocoa kernels, pumpkin seeds and remaining berries.
Step 3
Wash and dry the mint, place the leaves in the smoothie bowls.
