Chocolate for breakfast! At first glance, not the most common product, but in our case, it is the most real breakfast - healthy and delicious. After all, today we are preparing a morning smoothie with chocolate, banana, nuts, milk and honey. Start your day in a delicious way!

Ingredients


milk 200 ml
banana 1 pc
walnuts 40-50 g
dark chocolate 30 g
cocoa 1 tsp.
honey 1 tbsp.
ice

Instructions


Step 1

In a blender bowl, chop the banana, add the nuts, chocolate, cocoa, milk and honey. Whisk until creamy.

Step 2

Prepare two glasses. Add a few ice cubes to one, and garnish the other with a banana slice. Pour the smoothie.

Step 3

Serve the smoothie with ice for adults and the smoothie with banana for children, sprinkled with chopped nuts.
