natural yogurt 50 ml |
milk 100 ml |
honey 1-2 tsp. |

Step 1
In the bowl of a blender, put the peeled and split banana, add natural yogurt, milk, coffee and honey.
Step 2
Whisk until smooth and pour into a glass.
Step 3
Decorate with a circle of banana and sprinkle with cocoa. In such a smoothie you can add oat flakes for nourishment.
