If you like a quick but delicious breakfast that doesn't do without dairy products, fruit and the obligatory cup of coffee, make yourself a smoothie like this. Yogurt, milk, banana and strong espresso is a great way to start the day!

Ingredients


banana 1 piece
strong coffee 1 cup
natural yogurt 50 ml
milk 100 ml
honey 1-2 tsp.
cocoa

Instructions


Step 1

In the bowl of a blender, put the peeled and split banana, add natural yogurt, milk, coffee and honey.

Step 2

Whisk until smooth and pour into a glass.

Step 3

Decorate with a circle of banana and sprinkle with cocoa. In such a smoothie you can add oat flakes for nourishment.
