Step 1
Add salt, egg, vegetable oil, milk, sugar and yeast mixture to the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Then knead the dough and divide it into 8 pieces.

Dust the table with flour and roll out each piece into a 5 mm thick cake.

Place the coarsely grated cheese and halved egg on one half of the dough. Cover with the other half of the dough and pinch the edges, giving the pie a crescent shape.

Transfer the gwezels to a parchment-lined baking tray and brush with egg yolk. Bake for 17 minutes at 180℃.
