Potato cutlets with smoked sausages and cheese with sour cream sauce.
| potatoes (boiled) 600 g |
| smoked sausages 150 g |
| hard cheese 100 g |
| flour 50 g |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| green onions 20 g |
| vegetable oil 60 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| black pepper |
| paprika |
| potato seasoning |
| SAUCE: |
| sour cream (20%) 200 g |
| garlic 1 clove |
| dill 10 g |
| parsley 10 g |
| salt to taste |
Step 1
Grate the potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Add chopped sausages and onions, eggs, salt, spices, 2/3 of flour and mix well.
Step 3
Form cutlets, coat them in flour and fry in oil until brown.
Step 4
For the sauce, grind garlic with herbs and salt, mix with sour cream.
Step 5
