Potato patties with sausages and cheese

Potato cutlets with smoked sausages and cheese with sour cream sauce.

Ingredients


potatoes (boiled) 600 g
smoked sausages 150 g
hard cheese 100 g
flour 50 g
eggs 2 pcs
green onions 20 g
vegetable oil 60 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
potato seasoning
SAUCE:
sour cream (20%) 200 g
garlic 1 clove
dill 10 g
parsley 10 g
salt to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Grate the potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Add chopped sausages and onions, eggs, salt, spices, 2/3 of flour and mix well.

Step 3

Form cutlets, coat them in flour and fry in oil until brown.

Step 4

For the sauce, grind garlic with herbs and salt, mix with sour cream.

Step 5

Serve the cutlets with the sauce. Bon appetit!
