Salad a la Caesar

The world's most popular salad, which has American roots and many recipes around the world, we'll call it a la Caesar.

Ingredients


chicken fillet 200 g
bacon 4 slices
Romaine lettuce 120 g
Caesar sauce 100 g
butter 40 g
toasted bread 4 slices
olive oil 20 ml
Parmesan cheese 30 g
salt, pepper to taste
CESAR SAUCE:
yolks 2 pcs
light mustard 10 g
garlic 2 cloves
lemon juice 15 ml
white wine vinegar 10 ml
Worcester sauce (or soy sauce) 10 ml
2 anchovy fillets (can be replaced with anchovy paste, sardines in oil or without anchovies)
olive oil 100 ml
grated parmesan 40 g
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and fry them in olive oil until crispy.

Step 2

Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cut crustless bread into cubes, fry in butter until brown.

Step 4

For the sauce, beat all the ingredients except the parmesan with a blender. Then add the Parmesan and mix.

Step 5

Place the salad leaves, chicken slices, brisket and breadcrumbs on plates. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
