| CESAR SAUCE: |

| Worcester sauce (or soy sauce) 10 ml |
| 2 anchovy fillets (can be replaced with anchovy paste, sardines in oil or without anchovies) |
| olive oil 100 ml |
| grated parmesan 40 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and fry them in olive oil until crispy.
Step 2
Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut crustless bread into cubes, fry in butter until brown.
Step 4
For the sauce, beat all the ingredients except the parmesan with a blender. Then add the Parmesan and mix.
Step 5
Place the salad leaves, chicken slices, brisket and breadcrumbs on plates. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
