Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt. Grease the parchment with oil, place the whites on it in the shape of clouds, make holes in them and place the yolks in them. Salt and bake at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Fry the bread and ham on butter. Grease the bread with mayonnaise, put the ham and egg clouds on it. If desired, pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Enjoy.
