Beef entrecote fried with mushrooms in balsamic-soy sauce

Ingredients


beef entrecote (2 of 250 g each) 500 g
mushrooms 400 g
garlic 2 cloves
soy sauce 60 ml
balsamic 60 ml
spicy mustard 2 tsp.
butter 80 g
vegetable oil 30 ml
sugar 20 g
salt, black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the marinade. Chop the garlic, add half the balsamic and soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper and mustard. Stir.

Step 2

Put the meat in the marinade, cover with clingfilm and leave for 2 hours.

Step 3

In two heated frying pans, put half of the vegetable and butter oil each. Fry the meat on one pan until cooked through, and on the second pan fry the chopped mushrooms until browned.

Step 4

Then add the remaining balsamic, soy sauce and marinade, pepper and fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the meat with mushrooms and sauce. Enjoy!
