Wheat flour 130 g |

Zest of 2 lemons |

Step 1
Melt butter until brown and nutty aroma is obtained. Strain through a sieve with gauze, mix with lemon zest and honey. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the sifted flour, salt and the butter, zest and honey mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Grease molds with butter, fill with dough. Bake the cookies at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes. Then let it cool down completely. Enjoy.
