Pike-perch baked in bacon

Pikeperch baked with vegetables in bacon

Ingredients


pikeperch 1 pc
bacon slices (long) 6-8 pieces
sweet pepper 200 g
leeks (white part) 100 g
garlic 3 cloves
soy sauce 30 ml
butter 40 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the leeks and sweet peppers and mince the garlic.

Step 2

Sauté the peppers in butter, then add the garlic and onion and stir-fry briefly. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Step 3

Fillet the fish, leaving the fillets on the tail. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Stuff the fish with the vegetables and wrap in bacon.

Step 5

Bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

If desired, serve with lemon and your favorite sauce. Enjoy.
