In our kitchen, we don't stop with experimentation! Today we have a traditional Georgian recipe for Chicken Tobacco with a wonderful sauce made from Italian vermouth Martini.

| melted butter 100 g |
| vermouth Martini 100 ml |
| thyme 1 bunch |
| black pepper |
| salt |
Step 1
Cut the chicken lengthwise, baste it so that it is flat in shape. Rub the bird with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken over low heat on each side.
Step 3
Prepare the marinade by mixing together the garlic, half the lemon juice, half the Martini, thyme, a pinch of black pepper and salt. Then pour the marinade into the pan with the chicken and let it thicken slightly.
Step 4
For the Martini Butter, pour the remaining Martini into the softened butter. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Serve the chicken drizzled with the marinade and top with a piece of the melting Martini Butter and garnish with the remaining thyme.
