Any meat eater's dream - an unusual tri-tip steak with grilled tomatoes
| beef 200 g |
| pork neck 200 g |
| chicken fillet 250 g |
| pork net 400 g |
| tomatoes (large, dense) 2 pcs |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| curry 1/2 tsp. |
| rosemary (dried) 1 tsp. |
| turmeric 1/2 tsp. |
| thyme (dried) pinch |
| vegetable oil 2 tbsp. |
| salt to taste |
| ground black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Cut each piece of meat into two long strips. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with turmeric, curry, thyme and transfer to a bowl. Add the minced garlic and mix well.
Step 2
Weave two braids from the strips of meat and shape them into a steak. Then, wrap each steak in the pork mesh and grill on both sides until cooked through.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into thick rings, sprinkle with rosemary and grill them as well. After grilling — salt.
Step 4
Serve steaks with grilled tomatoes.
