Pork neck steaks flavored with garlic and smoked paprika with a refreshing cucumber salsa
pork neck 600-700 g |

CUCUMBER SALSA: |
cucumbers 2 pcs |
red onion 1 pc |
lemon 1/2 pc |
cilantro 2 sprigs |
dill 2 sprigs |

Step 1
Cut the pork neck into two equal steaks. Salt, pepper, add smoked paprika, dried garlic, vegetable oil and mix well. Leave the steaks to marinate for 30 minutes. After this time, grill on both sides until cooked through.
Step 2
Prepare the salsa. Chop the cilantro and dill. Finely dice the onion and peeled cucumbers. Put everything in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
