A royal picnic dish - juicy beef applewood steak with Argentinian Chimichurri sauce.
2 pieces of 700 g beef apple (you can take less if you wish) |

FOR THE CHIMICHURRI SAUCE: |
parsley 30 g |
cilantro 20 g |
green onion 10 g |
red onion 20 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
grainy mustard 15 g |
apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar) 20 ml |
sugar 10 g |
olive oil 70 ml |
chili pepper to taste |
salt to taste |
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Put the chopped herbs in a mortar, add salt and grind until smooth. Chop the garlic, red and green onions and chili peppers. Separately mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard and olive oil. Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the meat and coat liberally with vegetable oil. Cook on a hot grill grate until medium rare. Brush steaks with butter as you turn them over. Afterward, let the meat rest for 4 minutes.

Serve steaks with chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
